O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on September 4, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15419 dated July 5, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to Marva Herrington operating as The Silver Rail, 1602 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 2G8, licence number 25543;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, was present and a Representative for the Licensee did not attend the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing October 22, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
