O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing conference on September 13, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15594 dated August 20, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1548710 Ontario Inc., operating as Mink Nightclub, 150 Pearl Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1L3, licence number 200726;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Richard Kulis, the Licensee's Representative, Adam Vassos, and the Representative of the City of Toronto, Kelly Matsumoto, were present and participated in the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS the City of Toronto requested party status in respect of this matter;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing November 13, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
The City of Toronto shall disclose to all parties pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to made by no later than ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
