HOTEL BOUTIQUE LOUNGE INC. OPERATING AS
HOTEL BOUTIQUE LOUNGE, 77 PETER STREET, TORONTO

O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on August 20, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15038 dated March 6, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Hotel Boutique Lounge Inc. operating as HOTEL BOUTIQUE LOUNGE, 77 Peter Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2G4, licence number 807401;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Taylor advised that no disclosure has been received from the Licencee and therefore requested an order for disclosure pursuant to the AGCO Rules of Practice.
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing September 20, 2007 and September 21, 2007.
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The Licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
