O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on August 27, 2007 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15279 dated May 29, 2007 to suspend a licence and add a condition to the licence issued to 1486738 Ontario Inc. operating as The Dizzy Weasel Pub and Grub, 912 Barton Street East, Hamilton, Ontario, L8L 3C2, licence number 90061;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Sujin Chan and the Licensee’s representative, J. Ivan Marini, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing.;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.

Due to a clerical error, the Board’s order dated September 4, 2007 failed to note the attendance of the Licensee’s Representative.
Pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the Board’s Rules of Practice the Pre-hearing Order has been corrected to read as follows:
“…the Registrar’s representative, Sujin Chan and the Licensee’s representative, J. Ivan Marini, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing.”
No action is required on your part.
