O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on February 20, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 14517 dated August 31, 2006 and a Supplementary NOP dated January 29, 2007 to suspend licence issued to 1131422 Ontario Limited operating as CLANCY’S, 189 Hunter Street West, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 2L1, licence number 92000;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 30, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 29, 2007 the Board ordered a TWENTY-ONE (21) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1131422 Ontario Limited operating as CLANCY’S, 189 Hunter Street West, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 2L1, licence number 92000, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-ONE (21) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on November 5, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on November 26, 2007.
