O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on March 26, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated August 5, 2005 and Supplementary Notices of Proposal dated August 24, 2006, January 3, 2007 and February 7, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1132165 Ontario Limited operating as The Docks by Cherry, 11 Polson Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 1A4, licence number 804501;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing on September 18, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
