AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 3234720 CANADA INC. OPERATING AS RAXX BILLIARDS & BAR, 665 DEVELOPMENT DRIVE, KINGSTON, LICENCE NO. 804926
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on August 3, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated June 28, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 3234720 Canada Inc. operating as Raxx Billiards & Bar, 665 Development Drive, Kingston, Ontario, K7M 4W6, licence number 804926;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Bryna Kaplan, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Joel Kuchar, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing December 4, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
