O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 30, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated June 4, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal issued July 11, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Mohammad Ibrahim operating as Ocean Sports Bar & Grill, 1992 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, N4C 1J6, licence number 810566;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Bryna Kaplan, was present and a Representative for the Licensee did not attend the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing August 20, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
