AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF TARIQ MAHMOOD MIAN OPERATING AS MOUNTIES’ RESTAURANT, 149 DUNDAS ST.E, TORONTO, LICENCE NUMBER 24687
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on March 20, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated July 6, 2006 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated September 29, 2006 to suspend the licence issued to Tariq Mahmood Mian operating as Mounties’ Restaurant, 149 Dundas St. E., Toronto, Ontario, M5B 1E4, licence number 24687;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of the Board found that the licensee had breached subsection 45(2) of the Liquor Licence Act.
AND WHEREAS the Board ordered a suspension of the liquor licence for TEN (10) days and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Tariq Mahmood Mian operating as Mounties’ Restaurant, 149 Dundas St. E., Toronto, Ontario, M5B 1E4, licence number 24687 be SUSPENDED for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11a.m. on September 11, 2007 and continue until
2 a.m. on September 21, 2007.
