O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 8, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 22, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to MICK E FYNN’S, 45 Carlton Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2H9, licence number 23966;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 22, 2007 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 30(4) of the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 10, 2007 the Board ordered a THREE (3) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1572724 Ontario Limited operating as MICK E FYNN’S, 45 Carlton Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2H9, licence number 23966, be SUSPENDED for THREE (3) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on August 6, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on August 9, 2007.
