O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated May 23, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 352085 Ontario Limited operating as Golden Ring Bar and Grill, 326 Parliament Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 2Z7, licence number 23860;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Bryna Kaplan and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Barry Fox were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing August 14, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fourteen (14) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
