AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1502523 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS CRABBY MALS, 2732 BARTON ST. E., UNIT 7, HAMILTON, LICENCE NO. 802838
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 27, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated June 28, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1502523 Ontario Inc. operating as Crabby Mals, 2732 Barton St. E., Unit 7, Hamilton, Ontario, L8E 4M6, licence number 802838;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Nina Rasula, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
