O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on August 3, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated May 23, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 496929 Ontario Limited operating as Chimo Motel & Restaurant, Highway 11 W., Half of Lot 9, Concession 6, Cochrane, Ontario, P0L 1C0, licence number 804625;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Bryna Kaplan and Fernande Marie Charbonneau, a principal of the Corporate Licensee, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing November 14, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
