Allegations
1A hearing into a Notice of Proposal dated March 20, 2007 to suspend liquor license number 90919 operating as CACTUS PETE’S BAR AND GRILL, 9 Birchmount Road, Toronto, Ontario, M1K 1N8 on the basis of alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719 made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, was held on July 26, 2007 in the City of Toronto.

Decision and Order
3The hearing commenced and the Board heard the testimony of the Registrar’s witnesses. After a recess the Registrar’s representative informed that Board the Registrar wished to withdraw the Notice of Proposal. Licensee’s representative consented to the request to withdraw.
4In the circumstances, the Board allows the Registrar’s request. The Notice of Proposal dated March 20, 2007 to suspend liquor license number 90919 operating as CACTUS PETE’S BAR AND GRILL, 9 Birchmount Road, Toronto, Ontario, M1K 1N8 is WITHDRAWN.
