O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 12, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 12, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to AC BAR & GRILL RESTAURANT & TAVERN, 1151 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, Ontario, L5C 1C6, licence number 21870;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 28, 2007 the Board found that the licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 30, 2007 the Board ordered an eighteen (18) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1590370 Ontario Ltd. operating as AC BAR & GRILL RESTAURANT & TAVERN, 1151 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, Ontario, L5C 1C6, licence number 21870, be SUSPENDED for eighteen (18) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on August 20, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on September 7, 2007.
