A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated May 23, 2007, the Board, having imposed a twenty-eight (28) day suspension of the liquor licence from 11:00 a.m. on September 1, 2007, and continue until 2 a.m. on September 29, 2007;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has requested the suspension be changed to 11 a.m. on July 16 2007 to 2 a.m. on August 13, 2007, due to business conditions;
AND WHEREAS Registrar’s representative does not object to this change;
THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the order dated May 23, 2007 to read as follows:
“…licence number 200933, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-EIGHT (28) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on July 16, 2007, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on August 13, 2007.”
