A hearing into a Notice of Proposed Order dated March 28, 2007 to suspend the gaming registration of Rita Georges (the “Registrant”), 15 Beckett Drive, Brantford, Ontario, N3T 6E4, registration number 111441, was held on June 6, 2007 in the City of Brantford.
The Registrant appeared on her own behalf and waived the right to be represented by a barrister and solicitor.
On the agreement of the parties and with the consent of the Board, the Notice of Proposed Order was amended to propose a ONE (1) week as opposed to a TWO (2) week suspension of the registration.
Before the Board, the Registrant admitted to the allegations contained in the Notice of Proposed Order.

- Therefore, based on the Registrant’s admissions, the Board confirms the Proposed Order of the Deputy Registrar, and DIRECTS that the registration of Rita Georges, 15 Beckett Drive, Brantford, Ontario, N3T 6E4, registration number 111441, be SUSPENDED for Seven (7) days with the dates of suspension to be determined by the Deputy Registrar.
