O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on June 29, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 12, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated June 4, 2007 to suspend the licence issued to 1562363 Ontario Ltd. operating as Queenshead (The), 659 Queen St. W., Main Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1E6;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Corporate Licensee's Representative, Ed Blaha, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing August 7, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
