A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated March 28, 2007, the Board, having imposed a twenty-five (25) day suspension of the liquor licence from 11:00 a.m. on August 19, 2007, and continue until 2 a.m. on September 13, 2007;

AND WHEREAS licensee’s counsel has requested the suspension be changed to 11 a.m. August 26, 2007, to 2 a.m. on September 20, 2007, due to an overlooked event at the establishment;

AND WHEREAS Registrar’s Counsel has consented to this change;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the order dated March 28, 2007, to read as follows:

“…licence number 804032, be SUSPENDED for TWENTY-FIVE (25) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on August 26, 2007, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on September 20, 2007.”
