O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on February 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated August 14, 2006 to suspend the liquor licence issued to 1428493 Ontario Inc., for premises operating as LEAO D’OURO RESTAURANTE, 356 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1S6, licence number 803523;
AND WHEREAS in its decision dated March 28, 2007 the Board found the Licensee violated subsection 30.1(1) of the LLA and sections 13, 33(1), 52, and 53(a) and (b) of the O.Reg.
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 12, 2007 the Board ordered a FOUR (4) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee did not submit proposed dates in the time frame provided by the Panel;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1428493 Ontario Inc., for premises operating as LEAO D’OURO RESTAURANTE, 356 College Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1S6, licence number 803523, be SUSPENDED for FOUR (4) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on July 6, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on July 10, 2007.
