Allegations
- A hearing into a Notice of Proposal dated June 6, 2007 to revoke a liquor licence and an Order dated June 6, 2007 to immediately suspend liquor license number 809917 ( the “Licence”) operating as JAMAICA’S FINEST RSTAURANT AND BAR, 3233 Brandon Gate Drive, Unit #3, Mississauga, Ontario, L4T 3V8 on the basis of alleged violations of sections 29 and 43 and subsections 45(1) and 45(2) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the LLA, commenced on June 26, 2007 in the City of Toronto.
Order
The Registrar had ordered on June 6, 2007 that an Interim Suspension be placed on the licence in the interest of public safety subject to an Order by the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
The Hearing is to continue on July 10, 2007 and Mr. Kulis has requested that the Interim Suspension continue until the next hearing day, to which Mr. Dennis consented.
The Board therefore ORDERS that the Interim Suspension currently in place on license number 809917 operating as JAMAICA’S FINEST RSTAURANT AND BAR, 3233 Brandon Gate Drive, Unit #3, Mississauga, Ontario, L4T 3V8, remain in effect until the next hearing day, at which time its continuation will be re-considered upon request by the parties.
