AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 2027980 ONTARIO LIMITED OPERATING AS JACK’S, 539 RICHMOND STREET, LONDON, LICENCE NO. 807140
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on June 29, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 16, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 2027980 Ontario Limited operating as Jack’s, 539 Richmond Street, London, Ontario, N6A 3E9, licence no. 807140;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Michael Lerner, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing October 3, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
