O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 6, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated May 7, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1642849 Ontario Ltd. operating as Atherley Arms Hotel, 2 Creighton Street, Ramara Township, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 1A8, licence number 10559;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Noel Gerry were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing October 1, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made by July 31^st^, 2007;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by July 31^st^, 2007.
