Allegations

1. On April 2, 2007 the Registrar issued an Order of Immediate Suspension under the Gaming Control Act to Aimable Harerimana suspending his registration as a gaming assistant, registration number 88913. The Registrant requested a hearing before the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission. The Hearing was held on May 24, 2007 in the City of Niagara Falls.

Order

2. After considering all the evidence and submissions, the Board revokes the Order of Immediate Suspension and affirms the registration of Aimable Harerimana as a gaming assistant and ORDERS his immediate reinstatement. Reasons follow.
