O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 7, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 22, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Tinker’s Billiards & Bar Inc. operating as TINKER’S BILLIARDS & BAR, 17-19 Renfrew Avenue West, Renfrew, Ontario, K7V 2X8, licence number 805904;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Richard Kulis and the corporate licensee’s representative, its principal, James Barkey were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
