O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on May 4, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 10, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1626334 Ontario Inc. operating as Renegades, 1752 Victoria Park Avenue, North York, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 1R4, licence number 91069;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the corporate licensee’s principals, Lourdes Mahilrajah and Dasendran Sinnadurai, were present and participated in the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 18, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
