O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on June 1, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 16, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1642623 Ontario Inc. operating as RED RICE BUFFET RESTAURANT, 800 Niagara Street, Welland, Ontario, licence number 200868;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Bryna Kaplan, and the corporate licensee’s Representative, Tung Chich We; were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing July 26, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
