O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on May 4, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 12, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Astier Negash operating as Oakwood Café, 359 Oakwood Ave., City of York, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 2W1, licence no. 25679;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Richard Kulis and the corporate licensee’s representative, Christopher Ezrin, were present and participated in the pre-hearing.
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 25, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
