O R D E R
WHEREAS the matters are currently the subject of an ongoing hearing pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated August 3, 2006, and Supplementary Notices of Proposal dated January 12, 2007 and February 19, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1132959 Ontario Ltd. operating as NRG/Kingdon Nightclub, 1400 Plains Road East, Burlington, Ontario, licence number 800727;
AND WHEREAS the corporate licensee tendered evidence referring to a log book maintained on the premises of NRG used by security personnel to log occurrences and to computer generated and logged notes made by security personnel in relation to matters before this hearing;
THEREFORE the Board ORDERS:
The corporate licensee shall disclose, pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.4, the log book maintained by security personnel to log occurrences at the club as well as any computer generated and stored notes of security personnel that deal with the matters before the Board or that may be used in evidence in these proceedings to Mr. Morris within 7 days of the date of this order.
