O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 4, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 9, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1254667 Ontario Inc. operating as Mr. Bob’s Gourmet Pizza, 655 The Queensway, Units 1-4, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 7M1, licence number 202449;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the corporate licensee’s Representative, Jeffrey Ayotte, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 28, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
