AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF LOT 332 INC. OPERATING AS LOT 332, 332 RICHMOND STREET WEST, TORONTO, LICENCE NUMBER 810901
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on June 7, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 7, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated May 7, 2007 to suspend a licence and a Notice of Proposal dated March 7, 2007 and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated May 7, 2007 to refuse to transfer the licence issued to Lot 332 Inc. operating as Lot 332, 332 Richmond Street West, Toronto, licence number 810901;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were both present on the conference call and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 22, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made before 5 p.m. June 21, 2007;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., before 5 p.m. June 21, 2007;
