O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 7, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 23, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 6477291 Canada Inc. operating as HOOLEY’S RESTAURANT, 292 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1M3, licence number 20638;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Richard Kulis and the corporate licensee’s representative, its principal Dale Hill participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 12, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
