ORDER
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on May 7, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 23, 2007 to review application for licence for 1722094 Ontario Limited intending to operate as FIONA’SCC, 99 Pape Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4M 2V7, establishment number 281041;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Richard Kulis, Chun Bo Wang, the principal of the corporate applicant, and Jessica Brown, the representative of the City of Toronto were present at the pre-hearing conference;
AND WHEREAS the City of Toronto requested party status in respect of this matter;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 17, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
The City of Toronto shall disclose to all parties pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made by 4 p.m. on Friday May 11, 2007;
The Applicant, through Ms. Wang, shall complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by 4 p.m. on Friday May 11, 2007;
Registrar’s representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by 4 p.m. on Friday May 11, 2007.
