AND IN THE MATTER OF THE BOARD’S

AMMENDING ORDER DATED MAY 14, 2007

A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its Amending Order dated May 14, 2007, the Board ordered a twelve (12) day suspension of the liquor licence commencing 11 a.m. June 10, 2007, and continuing until 2 a.m. on June 23, 2007;

AND WHEREAS due to a typographical error, the end of the 12 day suspension incorrectly ends at 2 a.m. on June 23, 2007;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the final paragraph of the Order to read as follows:

“…licence number 804059, be SUSPENDED for TWELVE (12) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2007, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on June 22, 2007.”
