A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated February 1, 2007, the Board ordered a twelve (12) day suspension of the liquor licence commencing 11 a.m. May 27, 2007, and continuing until 2 a.m. on June 8, 200 7;
AND WHEREAS the licensee’s representative, Ariel Niyazov, requested that the licensee would like to change the suspension to commence at 11 a.m. on June 10, 2007, and ending at 2 a.m. on June 23, 2007, due to personal circumstances;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar does not oppose amending the dates of the suspension;
THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the Order to read as follows:
“THEREFORE having considered the Joint Submission on Disposition, the Board hereby confirms its oral ORDER that the liquor licence issued to Ioulia (Julia) Chpilevskaia, for premises operating as EXTAZ BAR AND LOUNGE, 7700 Bathurst Street, Unit 43 & 44, Thornhill, Ontario, L4J 7Y3, licence number 804059, be SUSPENDED for TWELVE (12) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2007, and CONTINUE until 2:00 a.m. on June 23, 2007.”
