O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a hearing on March 29, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated July 6, 2006 to revoke a licence issued to 1627227 Ontario Limited for premises operating as Duc Hung Vietnamese Restaurant, 425 Signet Drive, North York, Ontario, M9L 1V5, licence number 90981;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 19, 2007, the Board found that the licensee had breached subsection 55 (1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;
AND WHEREAS the Board ordered a suspension of the liquor licence for 14 days and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1627227 Ontario Limited for premises operating as Duc Hung Vietnamese Restaurant, 425 Signet Drive, North York, Ontario, M9L 1V5, licence number 90981 be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11a.m. on June 8, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on June 22, 2007.
