A hearing into a Notice of Proposal dated December 28, 2006, to suspend liquor licence number 800603 (the Licence) operating as Dean Martini’s, 53 – 63 Pitt Street East, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 2V3, on the basis of alleged violation of section 43 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (O. Reg.) made pursuant to the LLA, was held on March 22, 2007, in the City of Windsor.
In its decision dated April 5, 2007 the Board found the Licensee violated section 43 of O. Reg. Further, in its decision dated May 15, 2007, the Board ordered a five (5) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates. The Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board.
Order
- The Board orders that liquor licence number 800603 operating as Dean Martini’s, 53 – 63 Pitt Street East, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 2V3, be SUSPENDED for a period of FIVE (5) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on June 23, 2007, and CONTINUE until 2 a.m. on June 28, 2007.
