O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on May 18, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 9, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1325790 Ontario Ltd. operating as Capitol Concert Theatre, 90 King St. W., Kitchener, N2G 1B1, licence no. 806889;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Michael Lerner, were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing July 4, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
