O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on May 18, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated March 20, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to AFS-CCS Limited operating as Armadillo Texas Grill/The Loose Moose, 146 Front Street West, Toronto, M5J 1G2, licence no. 25053;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor and the Corporate Licensee’s Representative, Wietse Posthumus were both present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing July 12, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
