O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 7, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 5, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to Branch Finance Corporation Limited for a liquor delivery service operating as ACCESS TAXI (LDS), 5 Chambers Street, Smith Falls, Ontario, K7A 4T6, licence number 39710;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s representative, Richard Kulis, and the corporate licensee’s representative, Richard Knott participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
Registrar’s counsel will make available for inspection the original delivery receipts (photocopies of which have been disclosed);
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
