WINDSOR, LICENCE NO. 90267
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on April 2, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated February 7, 2007 to suspend the licence issued to Tikor Restaurant Inc. for premises operating as The Box Office Sports Bar and Restaurant, 531 Pelissier Street, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 4L2, licence no. 90267;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Joyce Taylor, and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Anthony Barile;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 20, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
