AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1304971 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS SUNNY’S CAVERN, 201 SYNDICATE AVENUE SOUTH, THUNDER BAY, LICENCE NO. 21407
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on April 2, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated February 7, 2007 to revoke a licence issued to 1304971 Ontario Inc. operating as Sunny’s Cavern, 201 Syndicate Avenue South, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7E 1E1, licence number 21407;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Joyce Taylor and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Lee Baig;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
