O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") commenced hearings pursuant to a Notice of Proposal to Suspend a licence dated August 5, 2005, a Notice of Proposal to Revoke a licence dated May 9, 2006, and Supplementary Notices of Proposal to Revoke a licence dated December 22, 2005, March 13, 2006, August 24, 2006, August 31, 2006, September 29, 2006, October 24, 2006, and January 12, 2007;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar is represented by Legal Counsel, Richard Kulis, and the corporate licensee is represented by its Legal Counsel, Randall Barrs;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the corporate Licensee's Counsel shall provide the following disclosure to Registrar's Counsel in accordance with AGCO Rule 7 of the Rules of Practice and in particular Rule 7.3 and 7.4 by no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 14, 2007:
