O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on April 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 14, 2006 to suspend a licence and to add a condition to the licence issued to Richard Allan McMaster operating as New Royal Tavern, 11 Mechanic Street, Paris, licence no. 92155;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the licensee was represented by his counsel, Kevin Davis;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing June 7, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
