O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on March 27, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated November 24, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to NAZARET BAR, 969 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 1L7, licence number 803863;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 19, 2007 the Board found that the licensee had breached section 29 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act and imposed a temporary Condition to be added to the licence;
AND WHEREAS the Board Ordered a FOURTEEN (14) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the licensee's counsel has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Nazret Abraham operating as NAZARET BAR, 969 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 1L7, licence number 803863, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on May 13, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on May 27, 2007.
