O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 16, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated January 23, 2007, a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated February 7, 2007, and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated March 12, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to 1548710 Ontario Inc. operating as Mink Nightclub, 150 Pearl Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1L3, licence number 200726;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris, and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Adam Vassos;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made twenty one (21) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., twenty one (21) days before the hearing date.
