O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") has scheduled a hearing to take place on April 23, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated December 14, 2006 to suspend a licence issued to Cruises Management Inc. operating as ENTERPRISE 2000, 5 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2H1, licence number 807151;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar shall be represented by its student-at-law, Ms. Sujin Chan, and the licensee's counsel is Calvin Barry;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Chan advises that no disclosure has been received from the licence holder and has therefore requested an order for disclosure pursuant to the AGCO Rules of Practice;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar's agent pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Registrar's agent will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
