AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
NATASHA KIMBERLY THOMAS OPERATING AS PASSIONS LOUNGE & RESTAURANT, 320 KING STREET WEST, KITCHENER, ONTARIO, LICENCE NUMBER 810786
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on May 25, 2006, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 6, 2005, to suspend a licence and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated February 21, 2006, to revoke the liquor licence issued to Natasha Kimberly Thomas operating as PASSIONS LOUNGE & RESTAURANT, 320 King Street West, Kitchener, Ontario, N2E 1B4, licence number 810786;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of February 19, 2007, the Board found that the licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of the Liquor Licence Act (the “LLA”) and subsection 29 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 under the LLA;
AND WHEREAS the Board Ordered a sixty (60) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates within seven days of the decision issued on February 19, 2007, failing which the Board would set the dates for the suspension without further notice to the licence holder;
AND WHEREAS the licensee has failed to provide proposed suspension dates to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued Natasha Kimberly Thomas operating as PASSIONS LOUNGE & RESTAURANT, 320 King Street West, Kitchener, Ontario, N2E 1B4, licence number 810786, be SUSPENDED for SIXTY (60) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11a.m. on March 7, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. on May 6, 2007. .
