AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF ERIC KEITH GUENETTE OPERATING AS LE BAR ATLANTIS, 220 KING ST., UNIT C, STURGEON FALLS, LICENCE NUMBER 202689
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on January 3, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated July 25, 2006 to suspend the liquor licence issued to Eric Keith Guenette operating as Le Bar Atlantis, 220 King St., Unit C, Sturgeon Falls, licence no. 0202689;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 23, 2007, the Board found that the licensee had breached subsection 45 (1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS the Board ordered a suspension of the liquor licence for seven (7) days and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS, despite unsuccessful attempts to contact the licensee, the licensee has not provided the Board with proposed suspension dates;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Eric Keith Guenette operating as Le Bar Atlantis, 220 King St., Unit C, Sturgeon Falls, licence no. 0202689 be SUSPENDED for seven (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11a.m. on March 26, 2007 and continue until 2 a.m. April 2, 2007.
