AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF JULIE’S FINE CUISINE INC. OPERATING AS JULIA’S FINE CUISINE, 2056 DUFFERIN STREET, YORK, TORONTO, LICENCE NO. 0200528
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on March 30, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated February 20, 2007 to suspend a licence issued to Julie’s Fine Cuisine Inc. operating as Julia’s Fine Cuisine, 2056 Dufferin Street, York, Toronto, Ontario, M6E 3R6, licence number 200528;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Phillip Morris and the corporate licensee was represented by its principal, Julia Baker;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing May 31, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
